Similarly, in an organization, while going through training programs, some employees exceed the simulation builder expectations while other employees are stuck at the same point. In both cases, one thing is similar. School curriculum and training programs are not learner-centric.
Organizations need to integrate adaptive learning to improve the quality of training programs and boost employee retention, work productivity, and performance ROI.
