The University of Northern Philippines (UNP), located in Barangay Tamag, in the City of Vigan, Philippines, is recognised as the first state university in Northern Luzon. This non-profit higher education academy primarily intends to promote education to the underprivileged students.
The University of Northern Philippines has a main campus located in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur and three satellite campuses.
